This Black leather jacket almost didn’t make it into the clothing choices. Same with the Guns and Roses t-shirt. But the combo was amazing! I was so excited to see it in the trunk of the car – even if mom cringed a bit at it…but I saw how much Ty LOVED that shirt. I knew I had to use the shirt.
When a senior boy brings something to their session, it typically means they really like it. So it’s no harm, no foul to use it – even if mom or dad isn’t happy about it at the time. I always want the senior happy, and I want the parents happy. But if the senior (especially a boy) leaves his session saying he had a good experience, that is a WIN WIN for me! And if incorporating a shirt mom wasn’t thrilled about gives him that, I’ll do it. In this case, I LOVE the image of the black leather jacket and the guns and roses t-shirt.
Ty and his family took advantage of the Senior Ultimate session last weekend on that beautiful Sunday – when it was warm and just a little bit mushy still from all the recent rains. This senior session type gave us enough time to give Ty a lot of options for his senior portraits, but also time for the entire family – include the adorable white dog Macie – to have new family photographs as well.
